searches are extremely critical in determining if your idea can be protected or
can be knocked off by others after you do all the development. A novelty search also forms the foundation in
a patent application, assisting in determining what part or parts of your
idea/invention may be protected.
The firm has
very extensive experience in conducting novelty searches and preparing detailed
reports for our clients. I do not limit
our searches to US Patents & Published US Patent Applications but include
foreign patent publications and technical publications as well as commercial
product sources, which greatly improves the validity of any patent that
